The Colony House

The Colony House is a hip, contemporary, and industrial inspired event venue with craftsman style architectural influences.

Owned and operated by 24 carrots catering and events company, the 6,000 square foot venue accommodates up to 750 people and features a number of versatile indoor and outdoor spaces that can be intermixed to bring any vision to life.

"The Great Room" - At ~3,500 square feet of usable space, the heart of the home features a fully exposed brick wall, a vaulted craftsman style ceiling, and beautifully reclaimed wood accents. Filament lighting throughout the room brings a warm and inviting feel to the large open space. The Great Room also boasts an elevated stage, state of the art A/V system, private bar, and connected bridal suite. The space is ideal for wedding ceremonies, receptions, socials, and large corporate style events. (~300 seated, ~600 cocktail)

"The Loft" - Overlooking The Great Room, The Loft is ~1,500 square feet and has a loft-like feel that features stunning wall-to-wall windows, wood panel flooring, its own private bar, and filament lighting touches. The space can be utilized for small and intimate wedding ceremonies, an elegant or fun cocktail hour, smaller social or corporate events, a kid's area, or even a VIP space. (~80 seated, ~125 cocktail)

"The Deck" - Located just off The Loft, the long and narrow outdoor space provides a retreat for those who want to step outside and enjoy the fresh air. (~25 standing)

"The Porch" - At nearly 800 square feet, the fully enclosed open-air Porch resides just off The Great Room. The flexible and private outdoor space is a great hangout spot and features both an exquisite natural living wall with different varieties of succulents and a warm and cozy fireplace. (~70 seated, ~100 standing)

"The Backyard" - The Colony House is situated on nearly an acre of land with parking spaces for up to a thousand guests. The fully paved space can also be transformed into a full outdoor-tented venue or entertainment area.

"The Kitchen" - In true 24 carrots fashion, The Colony House has a full industrial style kitchen so all food preparation and cooking can be done on-site and delivered straight from the kitchen to the table.
